General apparel can be exchanged for a different size as long as it's returned within 7 days. Shipping expenses are covered by the customer. Email your return request with the order number to email@example.com.
Any customized item (including personalized embroidery, etc) cannot be returned. If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return it and receive a store credit towards something of equal value.
Closet Closeouts are not returnable and cannot be exchanged.
