Custom Order Policy

At Couture Greek, we take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel for members of the Divine Nine. To ensure clarity and satisfaction, please review our policies below regarding production times, payments, artwork, and returns.

Our standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) estimates are based on current production capacity. Please note that production time does not begin until payment is received AND the final digital mockup is approved.

• T-Shirts & Sweatshirts: 2–4 Weeks
• Line Jackets & Varsity Jackets: 6–8 Weeks
• Complex Orders: Orders with intricate embroidery, large quantities, or complex customization may require longer production times.

Peak Season Notice:During our peak seasons (March–May and August–November), production times may be extended. We highly recommend placing orders well in advance during these windows to guarantee delivery by your specific deadline.

• Standard Artwork: Standard artwork setup is included in the garment price.
• Custom Design Fee: Requests for completely new custom designs require a non-refundable $85 fee. This fee includes the initial design and two (2) rounds of revisions.
• Additional Revisions: Any revisions beyond the first two will incur a fee of $20 per revision.
• Digitization Fee: A one-time fee of $25 applies to new art or logos that we do not already have digitized in-house.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify all details.Production time does not start until the customer has approved the final digital mockup (proof). Delays in approval are a common cause of missed deadlines.

When reviewing your proof, please check:

• Spelling and Grammar (Greek letters, names, chapters, etc.)
• Colors and Sizing
• Design Placement
• There is a fee of $25 per design for creating mockups.  This fee includes the initial design and two (2) rounds of revisions.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify all details and errors in the design that were present during the approval process.

• Payment in Full: 100% payment is required at the time the order is placed to begin the pre-production process.
• Rush Orders: Orders required sooner than 1 week are subject to availability. A Rush Fee will apply, calculated as $50 or 30% of the total order value (whichever is greater).

• Change Fee: Any change made to an order (size, quantity, etc.) after it has been placed is subject to a $10 administrative fee, provided production has not yet started.
• Cancellations: If an order is cancelled after the artwork has been constructed/digitized, a portion of the payment representing the design time will not be refunded.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

• Company Error: We stand by our quality. We will offer a refund or reprint only if the mistake was an error on our part (e.g., wrong design, wrong size shipped, or wrong color compared to the approved proof).
• Reporting Window: Claims for defects or errors must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the order.
