The custom creative process

All orders that need a custom design created requires a $75 design fee. The fee must be paid up front before the design is created.

How the process works:

1. Submit the custom order form or email us at sales@couturegreek.com

2. The design is created. 

3. Design proof is sent for approval. 

4. Once the design is approved, you will receive an invoice for payment. 

5. When the invoice is paid in full, the order goes into production.

5. The timeline will be provided with the initial estimate. Bulk orders can take up to 6 weeks depending on the size of the order.
